چکیده
Background: Entecavir (ETV) has been widely used in the clinical treatment of Hepatitis B Virus (HBV). However, whether ETV is helpful recovery T cell immune function remains unclear. Objectives: We aimed to assess effects on serum HBV-DNA, interferon-γ (IFN-γ), and pregenomic RNA (pgRNA) patients with infection. Methods: The data 300 HBV admitted from January 2017 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, whom 193 cases administered assigned an observation group, remaining 107 untreated (who refused treatment) a blank control group. Their liver [aspartate aminotransferase (AST) alanine (ALT)], markers [hepatitis surface antigen (HBsAg) hepatitis e (HBeAg)], IFN-γ, pgRNA, negative conversion rates HBeAg adverse reactions compared. Results: levels HBsAg, pgRNA lower group than 12, 24, 48 weeks after (P < 0.05). HBV-DNA higher those Conclusions: Antiviral therapy can inhibit replication increase rate, enhance function, reduce expression patients.

The Absence of Hepatitis C Virus Infection Among Patients with Hepatitis B virus in Mashhad, Iran
Background and Aims: Many studies have provided evidence for the role of hepatitis B and C viruses in the development of liver cancer. Although the routine treatment is available for both conditions, no definite guideline is available to treat patients dually infected with HBV and HCV. This study was performed to determine the frequency of HBV/HCV-coinfection in Mashhad, North-East of Iran. Mat...
متن کاملEvaluation of miR-101 Level in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Infection and Liver Cirrhosis
ABSTRACT Background and Objective: MiRNAs are small RNAs that are expressed in most eukaryotes, and can regulate gene expression by attaching to the 3’ end of target mRNA. MicroRNA-101 (miR-101) post-transcriptional regulation is important for host-virus interactions. In addition, miR-101 has a tumor suppressive role in liver cancer and metastasis, an...
متن کاملCHARACTERISTICS AND PREVALENCE OF OCCULT HEPATITIS B VIRUS INFECTION IN PATIENTS WITH HEPATITIS C IN IRAN
ABSTRACT Background: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in patients who lack detectable hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) is called occult hepatitis B infection. Such infections have been frequently identified in patients with chronic hepatitis Cliver disease, but their prevalence is not known. Methods: 207 patients with chronic hepatitis C who were HCV -RNA and antiHCV positive were stu...
متن کاملMutations at Nucleotide 1762, 1764 and 1766 of Hepatitis B Virus X Gene in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B and Hepatitis B-Related Cirrhosis
Abstract Background and objective: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a DNA virus with high tendency toward hepatic tissue. There are currently about 3 million HBV-infected people and 350 to 400 million chronic carriers of this virus in the world. X protein plays a role in the over-expression of oncogenes, carcinogenicity of liver cells and overlaps with the basal co...
متن کاملOccult Hepatitis B Virus Infection in Chronic Hemodialysis Patients in Panje-Azar Hospital, Gorgan
Abstract Background and objectives: Hepatitis B virus infection is a major health problem in worldwide. The prevalence of Occult and chronic HBV in hemodialysis patients is higher than standard in developing countries. People with occult HBV are negative for HBV surface antigen (HBsAg) but positive for HBV-DNA. We aimed to evaluate occult hepatitis B infection in patients under hemodialysis in ...
